Could you imagine that we have every word we need for everything? ” Every day read the word of God and start speaking what it says. If you don’t talk to your storm; the storm will start talking to you. When we are weak and powerless, God is there to give us strength. When we lack wisdom, He will supply it. When we admit that we cannot heal ourselves, and we fall to our knees and ask God to take over, we will be on the road to spiritual health. “My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness.” So now I am glad to boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ can work through me. That’s why I take pleasure in my weaknesses, and in the insults, hardships, persecutions, and trouble that I suffer for Christ. For when I am weak, then I am strong.” (2 Corinthians 12:9-10)
Reflections
Why wait?
Are we using the word of God in our lives? If not, what words are we using? What results are we getting? For example, if you want to solve an equation in order order to get the correct result it has to be done in certain way, if you don’t it that way, you won’t get the right result. We want things to change, but we don’t want to make changes. In order to see the change, we need to do something different. The word of God has the change. We will need to practice for a while but the results are indescribable. Breaking old habits and forming new ones always takes time, but it is worth it in the end. When we distort the word of God we do not find Him we find our idol. What it is stopping us? Ourselves! Maybe, we don’t want to take “The way” that requires compassion, resignation, love, forgiveness. God never directs us to do anything contrary to His Word. The prophet Samuel once said, “Obedience is better than sacrifice.” Be an obedient Christian. Remember that “where God guides, He provides. Where He leads, He supplies. “So do not throw away this confident trust in the Lord. Remember the great reward it brings you” (Hebrews 10:35). Responsibility is our response to God’s ability. If you are going to be responsible, you must respond to the opportunities that God places in front of you. And being responsible means staying at it. It often means waiting patiently.
