Today is the Promise #1000 and I thought to myself, “1000 promises from GOD”. That’s it is amazing, 1000 it is a substantial number. That’s makes me realized one more time the treasure we already have. Imagine that you found a treasure box and you open the box just a little big to see what it is inside instead of opening completely to see all that it is inside, all you got, that you lack nothing, you got everything there. Many times we live far below the standard that God intends for us to enjoy. Imagine that you have an account in the bank with $1000 dollars and you have to pay the electrical bill, the water and the car insurance but you just pay the electrical bill and the water gets cut off and you receive a letter in the mail saying that the insurance has been canceled for non-payment; You have the money in the bank? You have more than you need to cover the bills. Brothers and Sisters with 1000 promises we have so much faithfulness form GOD. Psalm 91:4 said “He will cover you with his feathers. He will shelter you with his wings. His faithful promises are your armor and protection.” Maybe you feel sad, or perhaps you are angry, even frustrated or feel rejected, BUT when you think about the scriptures, when you read one of those 1000 promises, when you read it loud and listen to what it says; when you meditate on that promise; That He will cover us with His feathers and shelter us with his wings, that His faithful promises are our armor and protection, they are “FOREVER” Yes, “FOREVER”.
We have a treasure that never ends never runs dry.
By Billy Graham No human experience can fully illustrate the imputed righteousness of God, as conceived by His infinite love. It is a mystery—incomprehensible and inexplicable. Like the mystery of the sun’s heat and light, we cannot measure it or explain it, and yet we could not live without it. Writing of the mystery of completed righteousness, Paul said, “We speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory. . . . But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love Him” (1 Corinthians 2:7, 9). What God has wrought in us is wonderful. But His work has just begun. He has a wonderful, exciting, thrilling future for all of His believing children. Prayer for the day My finite mind cannot grasp all there is in store for those of us who love You—but this does not take away the joy and expectation all Your love has prepared—everlastingly!
